Looking for fresh ways to stay in shape? Join to get a week of express booty workouts that are each less than 30 minutes. An express workout is fast enough to squeeze in over your lunch break. It’s simple enough to do from home, a park or almost anywhere. Use these 3 weeks to freshen up your regular routine, get some new ideas and stay in shape. Some exercises require basic equipment like a stability ball, ankle weights or a resistance band maybe a chair ah home but you are welcome to complete the exercises with out any of these, they will work just fine.
