Follow my journey of Water Fasting. Make sure to check the steps on how to start and how to cool down from this. Also remember to always check with your Physician if you are on medication and wish to to fasting. Water fasting need at least 2-3 litres of water a day to ensure physical well-being. I will be uploading daily videos on on my experience which will hopefully helps you and giving you Meditation/Yoga guidance for the best results.(alto this is optional)
